The Portside Phase I project features one to three bedrooms condos that range in size from 1147 to 2740 square feet of living space and was built in 1997. Coordination and design of incoming utility services, metering system to each condo, normal and emergency life safety systems, lighting and power distribution systems to all the cores, condos and parking garage.
