740,000 square feet lab facility in four interconnected buildings with 90,000 sf open floors at select levels.  About 320,000 square feet of parking.  Our services included complete design of the electrical and lighting system consisting of medium voltage PG&E service for 11 MW load, four substations, normal and standby distribution systems, life safety coordination, 5 MW of standby generators capacity, etc.  Dropbox leased the entire building.
