Museum Parc is a 15 story, 233 units, luxury condominium building built in 1988 which includes retail space and a public parking garage.  It features one to three bedrooms condos that range in size from 900 to 1500 square feet. Coordination and design of incoming utility services, metering system to each condo, normal and emergency life safety systems, lighting and power distribution systems to all the cores, condos and parking garage.
